As a construction estimating consultant, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve the highest level of success by producing the most accurate and detailed estimates and proposals possible. I provide training and consulting services to Builders, General Contractors, Subcontractors, Material Suppliers, Turnkey Vendors and any company that needs to produce better estimates and proposals.

About the Owner
Daniel McJunkin, of the McJunkin Group has been involved in construction throughout his entire life. He has built hundreds Production and Custom homes were he learned to apply structured estimating from the ground up. Using his hands-on knowledge, he developed his own unique approaches to solving estimating questions and issues. Since 1992, Daniel has served the construction industry with Estimating and Takeoff services through his company, Residential Estimating Service in Houston, Texas. Since 1999, he has taught estimating to builders, contractors, owner-builders, real estate agents, purchasing department staff and others.
